Sunshine manufactures precision-machined and injection-molded components for medical infusion pumps: housing and fingers,the fingers are made of aluminum alloy, lightweight and easy to machine. 

The critical point is the surface treatment: Hard anodize (50μm) + Teflon coating, to guarantee surface hardness, wear resistance and lubricity. flow-control chambers, membrane seats, connector guides, and the small metal contacts and terminal pins shown alongside — all to tight tolerances and cleanroom-grade standards.

We work with medical-grade engineering plastics and precision-machined stainless and brass inserts, using multi-cavity molds, in-mold insert assembly, and secondary CNC finishing. Full material traceability and documented in-process inspection support medical-device production. Samples ship within [10–15] working days. We export to OEMs and distributors across the Middle East and South America, supported by an English-speaking export team, 、EXW/FOB/CIF/CFR shipping, and remote engineering follow up.
